The internet, is technically NOT free. But, the only time you pay for the internet is the internet bill (which you're already paying for).





Your parents are already paying the internet bill, and you can use the internet on any wi-fi device. You just need to have a wireless signal in your house.





So, to answer your question, to get it ON the iPod is free, but getting the internet in your home is not, but since you're on Yahoo! Answers, you already have internet.
Reply:if you got and ipod touch then u have to connect it to your wifi (wireless internet) at home thts what i do with mine but when i got out i cant use the internet coz u cant get signal unless ure sitting i the back garden or somthing but if you have an iphone internet normally comes free with the phone but i think u can get iternet on your ipod tounch so you can use it anywhere but u may have to pay for it and you can get it from any phone companies such as 02 ...
