How can i pay and receive money through internet?

i never had a bank account before i and i want to work on the internet what i need to do open account on any bank or i should go directly to specific transfer service provider like paybal

paypal is okay. it is useful. They do charge though. I think click and buy is much the same thing as well

Reply:take id and proof of adress and pay stub to a bank and open an account. checking is best...with a debit card you can also use on the internet as long as the site is safe. call the bank you chose and ask what you need so you know you have everything. you need this to use any service such as Paypal or Western union or anything.
Reply:u cannot recieve cash bills through the internet but im pretty shure u can transfur money from the bank to ur credit card and vice versa, but u gotta do it through some credit card company, im not shure which one
